Since end of May, Vincent Tan has been Head of Business Development for the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) of ATR International AG. Now he has moved into his new office for the Singapore branch. An important milestone for ATR International AG. The main goals of the Singapore branch are now to support the existing ATR shareholders in the APAC region. The proximity to them makes communication much easier, also and especially with regard to language(s), culture and the way of doing business.
The expansion of the ATR shareholders in countries where ATR is not yet represented is also a focus of Tan's tasks. In addition, proactive interaction and communication with ATR suppliers who have an office in the APAC region play an important role. Geographically, Singapore is the ideal place for this, as the city is located in the middle of the APAC region. New Delhi, Shanghai, Tokyo, Melbourne or Seoul can be reached in a few hours by plane. This is an important strategic advantage for the German-based ATR International AG.
