Your Tasks: 

Travel management, office organisation and administrative tasks are part of your range of tasks and include:

  • Coordination and booking of business trips
  • Carrying out organisational and administrative tasks
  • Creating and preparing presentations on various topics and occasions
  • Supporting the organisation of meetings and events
  • Supporting the Management Team with various tasks and projects

Your Profile: 

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience in a comparable field. We require very good German and English language skills as well as knowledge of the common Office programmes. Knowledge of Adobe programmes is an advantage. Communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and independently round off your profile.
