Nexion launches the new ADAS and Wheel Alignment Solution: PROADAS
The Nexion Group, headquartered in Correggio, Italy, is the market leader in the field of workshop equipment, designing, developing, producing, and selling wheel service equipment, lifts, ADAS calibration systems, diagnosis, and other Automotive solutions for the worldwide Automotive Repair and Maintenance. PROADAS is a universal system with CCD sensors developed for the verification and calibration of driver assistance systems such as camera, radar, and Lidar on multi-brand vehicles. PROADAS integrates the system positioning control via software in real time, the convergence control, and the possibility of carrying out the complete wheel alignment service (optional).
Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems rely on input from several sensors to help them make decisions about the vehicle direction and speed. Therefore, they require a specialized alignment process, which adjusts the three angles of the wheel and calibrates the ADAS cameras, sensors and radar that help control the computerized components. These components rely on proper alignment of the vehicle. It is also possible to convert the PROADAS system into a complete wheel alignment service station (Optional).

WHEEL ALIGNMENT CHECK: Using the CCD sensors it is possible to check the alignment status of the vehicle.
COMPLETE WHEEL ALIGNMENT SERVICE: It is possible to convert the PROADAS into a complete wheel alignment service station (Optional).
Compatibility with vehicles positioned on a lift or another structure, the software compensates the offset of the levelled surface on which the vehicle is placed. Compatibility with CCD wheel aligners manufactured by Nexion (check year of manufacture and model). After completing the vehicle alignment, it is possible to perform an ADAS calibration by launching the calibration software procedure and aligning the system using the CCD sensors of the wheel aligner and the wireless distance sensors.
