This year’s Annual General Meeting of ATR International AG took place at ATR’s headquarters in Denkendorf on 13 July 2021 and had to be held without physical presence of all shareholders due to COVID. The Management Board presented the business report on the past business year, which all things considered was a positive one despite the challenging times experienced in the automotive sector.
Furthermore, ATR strengthened its network with two new shareholders: Digraph Transport Supplies Ltd, a leading truck specialist in the UK and Rimbunan Kuasa Sdn Bhd, one of the leading distributors of European automotive parts in Malaysia. To further focus on the commercial vehicle market, ATR has established a Steering Committee to drive future initiatives in this sector.
Next year’s Shareholders' Meeting has been planned to take place in Vienna at which it is anticipated that all shareholders will once again be able to attend.
