Denkendorf, December 2021 – ATR International AG, one of the world's largest trade cooperations for automotive spare parts, will have two new shareholders as of 1 January 2022: In Australia, hsy Autoparts Pty Ltd. will strengthen ATR, while in Chile, Motores de los Andes S.p.a. (Andes Motor), headquartered in Santiago, will join the cooperation. "With these two companies, we are gaining two new strong shareholders in these important growth markets. They are successful and dynamic, customer- and service-oriented, and focused on branded spare parts from our suppliers. As such, they are a perfect fit for ATR's culture. hsy Autoparts Pty Ltd., headquartered in Melbourne, was founded in 1963 as an importer of spare parts for Volkswagen. Since then, the company has diversified to become Australia's leading car automotive parts wholesaler to independent multi-brand garages. From its current 14 branches across Australia, hsy supplies more than 6,300 customers with a comprehensive range of spare parts for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
