ATR expands its network in North Africa

Stuttgart, December 2019 – ATR International AG has gain AREM Group as a shareholder in Tunisia as of 1st of January 2020. Founded in 1979 by Jamel AREM, AREM Group is today one of the most active groups in Tunisia with activities in many business sectors. The automotive distribution is the core business of the family-owned group and the first section that was founded 40 years ago with STEQ, a company specializing in the distribution of automotive spare parts. STEQ is today a leading company in its sector and a major partner of known OEM suppliers.

The STEQ automotive division generates a turnover of 20m euros. It is a reliable partner with a deep market experience and a long-term partnership with suppliers. Customer satisfaction comes first - innovation and investment in sustainable strategies are a top priority of the group.
