SEG Automotive continues to expand its sales team

Jörg Dennemann joins the team as Business Development Manager on 1 September 2026.

In his new role, he will be responsible for growth and sales activities in Western Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH Region.

Coinciding with Automechanika 2026, Jörg Dennemann joined the SEG Automotive sales team. During the trade fair, he was already able to establish close contact with many of the manufacturers’ customers through numerous discussions.

At the same time, he took the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the OE manufacturer’s passenger car and commercial vehicle portfolio. Customers across Europe and around the world rely on SEG Automotive’s starter motors, alternators and electrification components. Remanufactured high voltage drives under the “redrive” brand and 12V batteries complete the company’s portfolio.

As the point of contact for customers in Western Europe, Jörg Dennemann will be responsible for the company’s complete product range.

Experience for the future

Jörg Dennemann studied economics in Aachen. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in sales and business development at renowned automotive OEMs. Most recently, he spent 15 years as an Account Manager responsible for key aftermarket accounts at a major automotive lighting supplier.

In his new role as Business Development Manager Aftermarket at SEG Automotive, he will draw on his many years of market and sales experience to identify new business opportunities and further drive growth in the Independent Aftermarket.

“SEG Automotive is, for me, a perfect example of the transformation taking place in mobility. I am particularly excited by the combination of proven core products such as starter motors and alternators with modern electrification solutions. At the same time, remanufacturing and the ‘redrive’ programme make an important contribution to sustainability and resource conservation. It is precisely this combination of tradition, innovation and a clear focus on the future that convinced me. I look forward to playing an active role in the continued development of SEG Automotive’s aftermarket business,” says Jörg Dennemann.
