ATR International Concept Network Meeting 2026: Focus on growth and international networking

On 12 and 13 May, ATR’s international shareholders met in Hamburg for the International Concept Network Meeting. Following Zagreb and Porto, the event was held in Germany for the first time – the strongest market within the network, with the largest number of concept workshops.

The meeting focused on the further development of the international workshop concept ACC (AUTO CHECK CENTER) and on strengthening cross-border cooperation. The aim is to further develop common quality standards, a stronger international brand positioning and more uniform network structures within the European ACC network.

The international ACC network currently comprises around 500 workshops in eight European countries. Together with ATR’s national workshop concepts, there are more than 1,500 concept workshops across Europe. The increasing demands placed on workshops – for example in terms of qualification, digitalisation and equipment – make close international cooperation increasingly necessary.

Participants in the meeting included representatives of the ACC partner organisations DRIVE360 in Portugal, Davasa/CGA in Spain, Tokić in Croatia, which has also been active in Slovenia since 2026, SAG in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania, and WINT in Serbia. The wholesale companies Matthies and LKQ DACH also took part, as did representatives of the national ATR workshop concepts AC AUTO CHECK and Meisterhaft. SKAMA from Greece was also represented and is currently examining the possibility of cooperation.

A visit to two concept workshops in Hamburg provided practical insights. The international guests rated the level of the German workshops as highly professional and took away important inspiration for their respective markets, including processes, order handling and concept services.

"The individual ACC markets have developed very successfully in recent years, each building up their own areas of focus and structures. Our goal now is to connect these strengths even more closely in the future while at the same time further expanding common standards, such as quality requirements for concept workshops and shareholder services for businesses within the international network. This will create an even better and more consistent basis for the future development of ACC in Europe," says Henning Kaeß, Managing Director of ATR SERVICE GmbH.

The meeting underscored the growing importance of international networks in the Independent Aftermarket. In the future, cooperation is to be further intensified and strategic initiatives driven forward even more jointly.
