DENSO expands thermal management range with 32 new part numbers, covering over 1,000 vehicle applications

DENSO, one of the world’s leading original equipment (OE) manufacturers, has further expanded its aftermarket thermal management range. With this latest program extension, DENSO ensures that workshops and distributors have access to high-quality components for air conditioning and engine cooling – including parts for many current electric vehicles and high-volume combustion models.

A total of 32 new part numbers have been added to the existing aftermarket lineup. The majority of these additions are air conditioning condensers (19 part numbers) and radiators (9 part numbers), complemented by two blower motors, one radiator fan, and one heater core. Together, these new parts cover more than 1,000 vehicle applications.

Broad Vehicle Coverage – Especially for Electric Vehicles

The newly introduced condensers support a wide range of popular battery-electric vehicles such as the VW ID.3, ID.4, and ID. Buzz Bus, as well as the Fiat 500E, Hyundai IONIQ EV, and Nissan Leaf. At the same time, the range also includes numerous applications for combustion engine vehicles, including the Ford Fiesta VI, Peugeot 3008, and Mercedes G-Class models. This selection reflects the broad technology mix across the European car parc.

In the engine cooling segment, nine new radiators have been launched for vehicles from the VW Group (Audi A3, VW Golf VII/VIII, Škoda Octavia III/IV, VW Tiguan), Mercedes-Benz (A-Class, CLA), Nissan Qashqai, and various Lexus models (GS, RC, NX).

DENSO Aftermarket – OE Quality for the Independent Market

The new components are linked to 74 OE references and 954 K-Type numbers, underlining DENSO’s commitment to bringing OE-level expertise to the independent aftermarket. This allows independent workshops to service and repair vehicles using the same quality parts trusted by vehicle manufacturers.

All new products are available now through DENSO aftermarket distributors.
Further details on the program expansion can be found in the DENSO E-Catalogue on the website and in the current TecDoc release.
