At the beginning of May, ATR employees embraced spring and teamwork to experience the city of Essling from a new perspective.
Canoeing requires precise coordination between team members to paddle effectively and steer the canoe in the desired direction.
Working together as a team allows paddlers to distribute the workload evenly, maximizing efficiency and minimizing fatigue.
When faced with obstacles or unexpected challenges on the water, teamwork is essential for problem-solving.
Working in a company to achieve common goals is no different. When each team member contributes their strength and effort, they can move more smoothly and swiftly through any waters. By collaborating and sharing ideas, team members can develop strategies to overcome obstacles and adapt to changing circumstances effectively.
Team building activities like this play a crucial role in fostering this collaborative spirit at ATR. They help strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build trust among team members. These activities provide a relaxed environment where employees can connect on a personal level, leading to a more cohesive and motivated team back in the office.
After paddling for 2 hours, experiencing the old imperial city from the river and learning interesting facts about it, the team was treated to a meal in the Weinkeller-Einhorn, another hidden gem in the city center. At the Einhorn, they combine warm Swabian hospitality with first-class food. This gave everyone the opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy the evening in great company.
Everyone returned to work the following day not only with renewed energy and a stronger sense of camaraderie, but also with a wealth of good memories.
Special thanks to all team members for making the ATR Spring Team Event such a memorable occasion. 🎉
