commitment to the Forum on Automotive Aftermarket Sustainability

Denkendorf, April 11th, 2024. As an international trading group in the automotive aftermarket, ATR International AG proudly reaffirms its commitment to the Forum on Automotive Aftermarket Sustainability (FAAS) and its instrumental role in advancing sustainability initiatives within the independent automotive aftermarket.

The Global Remanufacturing Day stands as a powerful testament to the transformative potential inherent in remanufacturing practices. ATR acknowledges the significance of remanufacturing in conserving resources, minimizing waste, and reducing environmental impact.

"We are honored to stand shoulder to shoulder with FAAS in promoting sustainability and circularity within the automotive industry," says Warren Espinoza, CEO at ATR International AG. "Through the adoption of remanufacturing practices, the independent aftermarket not only provide cost-effective solutions to our customers but also contribute to a sustainable future for generations to come."

?? "Remanufacturing is the cornerstone of a circular economy, where every part finds new purpose," affirms Warren Espinoza further. "It's not just about efficiency; it's about stewardship of resources." Remanufactured parts are pivotal in advancing circularity by prolonging the lifespan of automotive components and decreasing reliance on new materials.

As we move forward, it's imperative to educate and motivate car drivers to play an active role in the circular economy, not only by purchasing remanufactured parts but also by returning the cores. Remanufactured parts embody a compelling combination of quality, affordability, and environmental responsibility.

ATR International AG remains steadfast in its commitment to collaborating with FAAS and industry partners to drive positive change and innovation in the automotive aftermarket. Together, we strive to forge a path towards a more sustainable and resilient future.
