New from HAZET: Pneumatic injector sliding hammer

Gentle pressure application for stuck diesel injectors

After a longer engine operating period, stuck diesel injectors are generally a challenge for the material and the exertion required. High forces from supports can quickly damage the cylinder head or cylinder head cover. The new pneumatic injector sliding hammer from the Remscheid-based tool specialist HAZET uses compressed air to professionally and gently loosen stuck diesel injectors without applying a great amount of force.

HAZET is supplying the 24-piece injector sliding hammer with 21 different adapters, an extension as well as a universal claw in one robust plastic case so that no injector will have to be loosened with unsuitable tools or incorrectly dosed force application. The adapters can be easily assigned thanks to their practical designations with the corresponding thread information. The complete set including the air connection nipple will of course be delivered to the German market. The 540 mm long hose is decoupled and rotatable by 360°. This ensures anti-twist protection. The unit can be easily and safely operated using an on/off switch on the flexible hose. The 30 mm working path ensures high impulse energy.

Thanks to the extension included in the scope of delivery, the injector sliding hammer reaches even diesel injectors in particularly tight or obscured engine compartments. Depending on the injector version, it is necessary to remove the Piezo element / solenoid valve.
