Finding a workshop made easy – with the new smart phone app from ATR SERVICE GmbH

Stuttgart, 5. April 2012 – Spending a long time searching for the right thing? With the new mobile workshop finder from ATR SERVICE GmbH, car drivers can find a qualified vehicle repair centre in no time. The app works on iOS and Android operating systems and is free-of-charge and available for immediate download. The workshop finder displays the route to more than 2,600 independent and professional car workshops operating according to the workshop and trade concepts of AC AUTO CHECK, Meisterhaft and autoPARTNER.

 

“The network of our workshops has become so closely integrated that all customers across Germany and Austria have a concept-based establishment nearby,” says Thomas Sülzle, marketing manager at ATR SERVICE GmbH. “The workshop finder app demonstrates the strength of our workshop partner system and offers customers a useful service”. The heart of the app is an easy-to-operate workshop search function based on the user’s current position (proximity search), postcode and location. The results are classified according to distance and feature all the contact details of the vehicle repair centre. There is also a call up, e-mail and route planning functionality. Various tips and a checklist of what to do in the event of an accident or breakdown complete the offer – and when playing the number plate guessing game, the app user will always be on the winning team with the built-in licence plate identifier. The Stuttgart-based agency Communication Consultants are behind the concept and design of the ATR app. The Donzdorf-based company Area-Net specialises in apps and programmed the workshop finder.
